What documents should I bring?
- Wage & income documents (W-2, 1099s, unemployment, retirement/pension,
- Social Security, etc.) – Education documents (1098-T, student loan interest 1098-E)
- Childcare expenses (provider name/EIN + amount paid)
- Mortgage interest & property tax statements (Form 1098, property tax bills)
- Charitable donations and any major medical expenses
- If self-employed: income totals + expenses (or bookkeeping reports), and any 1099s received
- Union dues or professional fees: keep totals/receipts
- Retirement contributions: 403(b), 457(b), IRA contributions (Form 5498)
- HSA contributions (Form 5498-SA r; 1099-SA)

How much do your services cost?
- Tax services start at $250. Your final fee is based on what’s included (forms, income types, and complexity).
- Bookkeeping and payroll are separate. Reach out and I’ll provide a clear quote before we begin.

- The initial consultation usually takes between 30 minutes to an hour.

- Yes, we provide bookkeeping, account reconciliation, and tax filing services.

- Your privacy is a top priority. We use Sync.com, a secure file-sharing portal, for password-protected document uploads and downloads. We also limit access to your information to only what’s needed to prepare your return, and we never share your data without your permission.
